Ten years, five sectors, one craft. Coding classrooms, a university program, an enterprise software team, a nonprofit I run as CEO, and now scaling businesses. The work never changed. I take what lives in someone's head and turn it into something the whole team can run on.
That's instructional design, backed by my M.Ed. in Learning Design and Technology. It's why my systems get learned and used instead of written down and forgotten. One program I built was strong enough that an organization in Canada licensed it. I build things that keep working after I leave the room.
